Our client is a leading name in real estate and seeks to hire a capable and efficient Executive Secretary for their senior management. This is a challenging and demanding role and requires a minimum of 8 years of work experience with at least the last 3 in the capacity of an executive secretary. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Arabic and French, both written and spoken and excellent in translations. The role would involve organizing meetings, preparing reports and minutes of the meetings, preparing presentation material, telephone duties and filing and all aspects of administrative responsibilities pertaining to the top management..
